Having had many years of experience and having tuned hundreds of cars during that time, we feel the best way to tune a smart is to first discuss with the owner what they want to use the car for, how long they want to keep the car and get to understand what their expectations are. At this point we also evaluate the owner’s car and see if it is a good donor vehicle for what they want to do.

Then comes the all important understanding of their budget and time scales.
